is there any way sending Product Monitor Alerts to slack instead of email?
Current Alert customization options lack flexibility for different use cases Having the possibility to change confidence intervals on Alerts would be better fit for different use cases.
Is there a way to setup alerts to only send at a specific time. I only want to receive alerts from 6am-10pm.
I want to have an alert system where I can get an email when there is deflection in charts. I have checked the alert system in charts but not able to do that.
It would be useful if alerts allowed you to specify arbitrary metadata which would get passed to your webhook endpoint. Example metadata would be Priority of the alert, Team who owns the alert, and Individual Owner who should investigate. Right now, you can encode all of that in the alert name, but that’s not ideal. It…
It’d be nice to be able to disable a webhook without deleting it. For example, we may have a webhook set up purely for testing purposes. When we’re not testing, we want to disable the webhook so we don’t get spammed by alert notifications. In order to do that right now, we either need to delete the webhook or turn off each…
When creating a webhook, is there a way to specify secure credentials for Amplitude to use when calling the webhook? Ideally they would be passed in an HTTP header instead of on the URL, but I don’t see a way of setting anything outside the URL.
I have a webhook set up to receive Amplitude alerts. When an alert fires, my webhook receives a notification as expected. On the incoming request, I can’t find the name of the user segment that’s getting alerted. This would especially be helpful in charts with multiple segments. I do see a user_segment_idx field that…
When configuring a webhook to send alerts, it would be great if we could specify credentials to be included on the request. Right now, you can only add auth credentials on the URL. It would be more secure if we could have them set on an HTTP header, for example.
