Question

Out of session user properties show up on older events.

We set user properties at ActivateSub using HTTP V2 API. We get the same user properties set automatically on events that are logged prior to ActivateSub. You can see from the attached screenshot StartSession has all the user properties as well.

Hi Karthik,

Thanks for writing in, and I would be happy to help you with this!

Just to confirm are you wondering why your user property events that were sent in at the time of your 'Activate Sub' event are also showing on Start Session events that happened earlier?

If that is the case, can I turn this into a support ticket? I need more details to look into this.

Best,
Sydney
