I tried posting these questions before but didn’t receive much traction, hoping this one gets movement. We’re having some issues with the guides and surveys install, but hope these can be resolved.
- The survey does not immediately load for the user. The user is required to refresh the page before the survey is shown. (Note: We are filtering on the targeted users. When we turn this off, the survey loads immediately.)
- When targeting a specific page for the survey, the survey is shown when the user lands on that page (note: this is still after a refresh, as pointed out in item 1). However, we want to only show this on one page, and when the user moves to another page, the survey remains.
Notes: We're a single-page application, so we're wondering if this plays a part in that. The documentation for the implementations was not descriptive on a SPA, so any support here would be great.
