Step 1:
Click the (?) icon in the upper right corner of your Amplitude workspace. This opens our Digital Customer Success Center.

 

Step 2:
Explore everything the Digital Customer Success Center has to offer, including:

  • Submitting feature requests

  • Browsing help docs, the Amplitude Community, and Amplitude Academy

  • Voting on integrations you'd like prioritized in our roadmap

  • Checking operational status

  • And most importantly… chatting with our AI agent!

The AI assistant pulls from all our documentation to give you a synthesized, context-aware response—24/7.

 

Step 3:
Start chatting with the Amplitude Data Monster (yes, that’s what we call it!).
It’s fast, responsive, and a great first stop for self-serve support. Keep in mind: AI might not always nail it on the first try—but with a specific question and a bit of feedback, it can get you to the right answer faster.
