I’ve noticed that live events have stopped appearing for three of my mobile app projects. Everything was working fine for months, but over the past few weeks the live events stream always shows “empty.” Occasionally I see an event that happened 20 minutes ago, but if I check an hour later it’s gone again. As a result, I can no longer track live users in real time.
Has anyone else run into this issue? Any advice or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
