Hi Community!!

Is anyone else struggling to use Session Replay to get any ACTUAL insights? Because we’re capturing A LOT of sessions but we cannot target specific elements or parts of our platform so its basically shooting in the dark for us. 

I’ve come up with a work around and wanted to get everyones thoughts, or if anyone has any better ideas, since Amplitude STILL hasn’t released a targeting element for Session Capture! 

We’re using a Feature Flag solution, moving to Amplitude soon, but my plan is to turn off Sessions in Autotrack, then deploy the Standalone Session Replay SDK only for users whom we want to target. I think the system fires Session Replay against the Auto-Track sessions, so this would stop Amplitude firing, until we send in the SDK. 

How does that sound? Can anyone offer better ideas or other solutions?
