From my experience, Amplitude isn’t the best in transparency when it comes to revealing the cost for their growth and enterprise plans on their pricing page. Their add-ons cost depends on various factors best known to their sales team. For now, you can try filling out this form via the pricing page https://amplitude.com/sales-contact/
