I was wondering why the smart links within confluence are not displaying the charts? They are able to connect and display the chart name. The desired result is to see the chart though. Anyone have ideas why?
Hi sassanuv ,
Thanks for writing in! You have added some links within your confluence, correct? Did you make sure the links were public and/or did you follow this guide? If so, and you are still having issues, can you send me your email you use for Amplitude, Org ID, Project ID and charts? I can then make a ticket to investigate further.
Kind Regards,Denis
Denis Holmes thanks for your reply!
I have followed this guide to insert the smart links. I also tried using a public link but confluence does not seem to register though and leaves it as a url.
My email is sassanuvat@league.com, Org ID is 1856, and Project ID is 379974. A potential chart that you could use: https://analytics.amplitude.com/league-inc/chart/a7jy0rc
