How can I access the Community?
- Create a Community guest account: sign up for a Community guest account by creating a username and password with your email address of choice.
- Use your existing Amplitude login: If you’re a current Amplitude user, you can use your Amplitude account to log in to Community. You can either use the sign in page which will prompt you to create a username, or you can create an account using the same email as your account and sign in in future with our SSO capabilities. The platform will automatically merge your accounts, regardless of login method.
NEW - With our new Community platform, you can now log in with your EU Amplitude account! This was a limitation with our previous platform which has now been fixed 🚀.
Can I merge a Community account created with two different usernames or email addresses?
If you previously created your account with a username and password that is the same as your Amplitude login, the platform will automatically merge your accounts if you leverage the SSO login with your Amplitude account.
If you previously created an account with a different email address from your Amplitude account but you would like these merged, please reach out to the Community team at community@amplitude.com to have these merged. We will work with the Community Platform to get this updated.
