Hi There,
I used to be able to see all users from the User Look-Up. But recently I can only see users who triggered an event in the past 48 hours from User Look-Up.
Is there anywhere I can see all users from the User Look-Up?
Joanna
Hey Joanna L
Quoting from the doc -
In the User & Account Look-Up tab, the section below the search bar is a real-time feed of the most recent 100 events Amplitude has received from your product during the last day (based on upload time), along with their corresponding time, ID, event, platform, and country. To see a live stream of all events coming into Amplitude, set the Live event updates toggle in the top right corner to On.
So the number of user events listed in the user lookup view is limited to the above condition.
If you are looking to get a list of all your users with their custom user properties alongside, you can create a bar event seg chart ( any active event with the desired time interval) and Download Users from the datapoint to get a csv export.
Let me know if I have interpreted your use case correctly. Hope this helps.
