Unable to opt-in to Data

I am unable to opt-in to Amplitude data

When following instructions here:

https://help.amplitude.com/hc/en-us/articles/8487457579931-Opt-in-to-Amplitude-Data#opt-in-to-amplitude-data

and accessing data.eu.amplitude.com, I am redirected to analytics.eu.amplitude.com/ and unable to opt-in to Amplitude Data.
