Hi,
With the retention chart I currently can only get retention up to day 30. How do I get retention beyond that? To day 60 and day 90?
Thank you!
Cheers,Christina
Hey ChristinaLumi
On the x-axis, retention maximums are 30-day, 24-week, and 12-month retention respectively. You can try using custom brackets to define your retention intervals.
Here’s more on that-
Hope this helps.
Saish Redkar Oh yeah I did not know this feature. Thank you very much for this. It does work. Is there anyway to delete a custom brackets or rename it? I can’t seem to find an article on this.
Unfortunately there isn’t a way to delete the custom buckets on our end. This can be done by the Support Team if I recall correctly.
I had actually submitted a feature request for the same while ago -

My Android app is primarily a background app. Does Amplitude track events for such an app? Please let me know.

Example: For July 27, we should compare retention against July 26, not July 28. * So for 1-day…
