I have a segmentation chart that displays the results of formulas. Mainly percentages.
- I understand that the labels (e.g. in the chart) are by default are cryptic (e.g. Formula A: uniques( C) / uniques ( B).
- I understand that I must manually edit each of these labels to create a label that is meaningful to the viewer.
- WHILE I HATE IT, I understand that when I make a change to one of the Events, the label or in some cases all labels are reset and I must type them in again. Ouch!
What I don't get is why without any changes on my part to any part of the chart. All of the labels that I have painfully set by hand are lost and revert to the default 'Formula A: …."
I have a dashboard and 38 charts have either fully or partially reset the labels I manually typed in. In some cases all of the labels in a given chart are reset. In other cases, only some of the labels in a given chart are updated.
Can anyone tell me why this happens and if there is anything I can do to prevent it.
