Hi everyone,
When I modifiy the home to change some widgets, and that I save, the Home is not modified and I don't understand why. Do you have an idea ?
Thank you
@LauraD Are you editing the homepage right from the homepage? Do you know if you're customizing your view or if you're trying to edit the default view? If you're editing the homepage directly and not the default, this sounds like a bug and I'd open a support request.
Hi @Beth Saunders I am editing right from the homepage. I am trying to edit the default view (I don't know how to customize my view). Is it normal then ?
@LauraD this sounds right! I tested on my account and was able to save it without any issues so it sounds like a bug to me.
Ok, so should I do something specific ?
First you could try clearing your cache to see if it resolves the issue. If that doesn't work then you should open a ticket with our support team. You can submit one here.
