I am trying to get the monthly credits earned by our plus customers (Customers who opted for a subscription)

I am trying to get the monthly credits earned by our plus customers (Customers who opted for a subscription). If a customer paid in that month, then his credits should be included and if the customer decided not to pay in that month, credits should not be included. I am not sure how to accomplish this in Amplitude. If I make a condition to check if a customer paid any one of the months, I get the credits of all the months and not the months when he actually paid.

Just to confirm my understanding, you wish to see users appear in the chart who have received a monthly credit and how much they received in that specific month - is that correct?

Do you currently have a chart that you are working on?

To track the monthly credits earned by your plus customers, you can create an event in Amplitude each time a customer earns credits. This event should include properties such as the customer's ID, the amount of credits earned, and whether the customer has an active subscription for that month.

You can then use Amplitude's segmentation features to filter these events based on whether the customer has an active subscription. This will allow you to see the total credits earned by your plus customers each month.

Do you have an event that already tracks this data? Could you let me know the name of the event you use?

I do not want to share the chart because I am not sure whether my company would find that appropriate. We do have an event called “is_subscriber” but I am not sure if that will work retrospectively. For example, if a customer was a plus member in the August and September but does not pay in October, then I am assuming Is_subscriber will turn to False in October. My question is if I add all the monthly credits now based on Is_subscriber being True, then will the customer’s credits earned in August and September included or not.

Do you have an event or property that tracks the amount of credits that is given to a user? I would recommend confirming with your team how 'is_subscriber' works exactly as I do not know how your product works.

I checked and Is_subscriber is True for months where users paid and false for months he did not pay. We do have a credit earned event and I was able to get the monthly credits earned by plus customers. Thank you again for your replies.

User ID is converting to a big number
I am setting user property wallet address, and using the same variable to set user ID. However, while walletAddress works (0xA66...54), User ID seemingly converts the hex to a big number (1.2905460614871781E+48) which is preventing us from using filtering and views. Any ideas?
