Allow the user to exclude any day (or at least weekends) directly in the chart.
Current capabilities allow filtering of days at the event level. However, this filtering only results in zeroing the data in the chart for the specified days and, as a consequence, in distortion of the average value.
Excluding any day directly in the chart should allow the user to get "clean", undistorted results
