The best way to submit a feature request to the product team is through the Amplitude Community. This allows to community to see what ideas have already been submitted, vote on them, and have a back-and-fourth discussion with the team and other members. Additionally, these ideas are integrated with Productboard so the team can action these right away for consideration.
Note that the more votes an idea has, the more likely we are to prioritize it. So if you want to have your say, definitely let us know!
- To submit your ideas in the community, navigate to the ideas page
- Skim through the ideas or use the search bar to see if your idea already exists in the community
- Upvote any existing feature requests that you want Amplitude to prioritize
- Comment on the post to add any additional context
- If you don’t see your request already posted to the Community, hit the "New Idea" button in the top right of the ideas page or navigate to this page
- Submit your feature request
- Include any links or screenshots to help illustrate the gap that your request addresses
- Include the importance as nice to have, important, or critical if it’s blocking you with no feasible workaround
