Hide/Unhide events feature not working as intended

Hi all!

We are using Amplitude Starter Plan and have found that hide/unhide events feature is not working as intended. As below image shows, the event “click select recharge type has “live” status, is “active” and is marked as “visible”. There are no pending changes in our main branch. Therefore, this event should be displayed in, for example, a segmentation chart:

With these settings, if we try to create a segmentation chart with event “click select rechare type”, we see that the event is not displayed:

However, if we create a chart using any active event and filtering by event name, we can see that the event can be selected and data is shown:

How can we unhide the event to be shown again in a chart witouth filtering any active event by event name? Is this working as intended?

We have checked the following links to a better undersating of hide/unhide feature:

Thanks and kind regards,

Manuel
