Unable to access previous projects


Hello,

I just logged into Amplitude to find my entire dashboard/workspace completely wiped out. I no longer have access to any of my previous projects or spaces. In addition, all of the team members from my organization are no longer listed under “organization settings.” Was there a product change to the free version that would have caused this?

Hello @Esther Trapadoux my organization also bumped into almost exactly this same issue but it occurred upon upgrading from a “Free Plan” to the 1 year “Scholarship Plan”. If you all could help us out that would be great. Thanks so much!
