the selective display of events in the Charts

Hello, everyone! 
We have connected sending events from the web funnel to Amplitude. 
Events are displayed as active and have the corresponding start dates (first and last). 
I created the “funnel” chart with the same list of events, but it does not display any events that are recorded as active. 
To check, I created the “segmentation” chart - the events are loaded and display the current state of affairs.
What is the problem of the selective display of events in the Charts?
