New domain not generating previews in Slack

Hi @Anthony 

You can Disconnect and Reconnect the Slack integration under your Profile and it should get fixed. Although the unfurling speed has been slower than the previous url format.
 

I removed the integration and am trying to re-add it, but it seems that it will not re-integrate. 

1. Click Add to Slack 

2. 

    

2. Click “Allow” 

3. 

   Result: Taken to this page https://app.amplitude.com/analytics/play2pay/home

4. Return to slack App Store and note that “Add to Slack” is still visible and links still not unfurling. 

5. 

   

   I tried clicking Yes, Please but it just goes to the “Add to Slack” page above.

Ah okay. I thought you meant in my slack profile @Saish Redkar. I see it now in my Amplitude profile.

@Anthony Yes, the one under you Amplitude user profile.

I’m an Admin of my org account and disconnecting and reconnecting Slack via this helped solve the issue. Let me know if that works out for you.

@Saish Redkar the problem came back. just me? I tried the steps above again, but it didn’t work this time. 

@Anthony I haven’t seen that for a while now. Maybe raising a support ticket will help here.

I just tested out in our Slack, seems to be not working for us too. I hadn’t noticed this.

Thanks for confirming. Sydney opened a bug ticket. Will post here when it’s fixed.
