How to create a new ticket in JIRA?


Hi All,

 

I have already integrated Amplitude with JIRA. However, I need help finding a button to add a new ticket in Amplitude.

I am referencing the above documentation and am stuck at item 3.

Hi,

Please make sure you have published the changes as well as have “source” added to the events newly created/modified. Once you have a source attached, you will be able to see the Add jira button on the Activity Tab.
