Is it possible to set from which hour it should track?
Here’s my problem: right now, it's 24 hours, which messes up the cumulative graph for a day. Let's say I want to track the sales for one day (defined from the start of my timezone 00:00). With the current logic of hourly and set to cumulative, it will likely start previous to the previous day.

Not quite sure if this is possible since Last 1 day charting is based on the current query time dynamically adjusted to the following condition. This also means that the very first data point ( left most ) in the hourly charts is previous completed day’s 12 am of the selected timezone.
You can try applying the “Server Upload Time” filter on your event and see how that works.
