Tone.js : Getting unexpected results when tweaking synth parameters live (ex. detune, modulation index, attack etc.)

I've been working on a Tone.js synthesizer project for some time now.For the record I will include the links: Repo Deployment (it is still under development as I am stuck with this issue)I have encountered a serious issue that I couldn't manage to solve. I use the PolySynth with an FMSynth, but I've had the same issue with all the other synth types that I tried.Whenever I am trying to tweak the parameters of the synth live (ex. detune, modulation index, amplitude envelope etc.) I get unexpected behaviour:Most of the times, when I change the value of a parameter, it works at once, thus the sound gets modifidied according to the change I made, but the sound is then stuck to the first modified value, even if I keep changing the value of the parameter.Then sometimes I get the modified sound every second time I play a note on the synth. One time I get the modified sound and then next time the original sound without any modification, then the modified sound again and so on.Somestimes it work

Link Client/Server events into a single Session

We have a web application and we are trying to link both client/server side events into sessions.At the same time, we are using Segment as a data source for the Amplitude.What we are trying to achieve is a similar to the default behavior: link all events happened within less than 30 minutes delay.For this purpose, it is necessary to generate the session Id on the server, and pass it to the client for the further usage. And to track the last event time for the 30 minutes tracking.One of solutions is to use cookies with the expiration time and track it both on server and client side. is there is a more straightforward solution for this quite standard procedure? are there best practices to synchronize events order on client/server side?

What the hell is going on?

Hello community. I hope you can help me.I have created a company account. But it took some time before I decided to actually look into it.. Now I'm trying to log in, but they ask me the url of the organization. I went through all the options I could write. The answer is that no such company has been found. At the same time, an attempt to enter the Demo mode is answered - by such an account already registered. Password recovery allows you to change the password to a new one. React native integration

I have used Amplitude integrated with react native and expo for a few months for my mobile application, everything was working fine.I was using the package “expo-analytics-amplitude”. Recently, I have developed a web version. The latest package does not work for web (cf https://docs.expo.dev/versions/latest/sdk/amplitude/). Apparently, there won’t be a web version and this package will be deprecated soon (cf https://github.com/expo/expo/issues/6886#issuecomment-1015957268) in favor of https://www.npmjs.com/package/@amplitude/react-native Trying to implement amplitude/react-native, I ran into the following issue:https://github.com/amplitude/Amplitude-ReactNative/issues/96for which there does not seem to be any fix nor workaround. Any solution except switching to mixpanel? Thanks

Amplitude Certification options?

Hello everyone, I’m currently a keen user of Amplitude. Part of my responsibilities is to train my colleagues in useing Amplitude as well as onboarding of new colleagues. As I am an autodidact myself (which was easy to achieve thanks to the great documentation and material) I would like to make sure that a) I’m aware and familiar with all features of Amplitude and not just scrap the surface and b) ideally get a kind of certification that can vouch for my expertise. I came across this programm https://amplitude.com/partner-training-signup and tried to sign up twice, but never heard back. Is this training still available and is it also available for individual analysts instead of agencies?

Event pie chart segmented by event properties

I have an event with different properties (single choice results). As an end result, I’d like a pie chart with 100% being the uniques and the percentages related to how many users have a specific event property. Couldn’t figure it out so far and would appreciate some help.

What does "within" mean in event segment?

Hi, I read about within on the document, but I couldn’t understand what does it mean exactly. https://help.amplitude.com/hc/en-us/articles/231881448#h_6dc4d38a-83a9-4e46-a992-c8d51fe2d9b6 Within. Looks at events fired within each cohort member's X days of first use. This is useful when you're interested in the group of users who fired a specific event within X days of becoming a new user. Given events:date user_id event 2021-05-01 1 Purchase Song or Video 2021-05-02 1 Play Song or Video The user_id 1 is picked by the below condition. Right? Can I get some more detailed explanations for the “within”?

Hey @bilalmahmood I have done some reading regarding the new product and one thing I am curious about is: does this personalization work for anonymous users? Let's say our product does not use an userID for most of our users, can we target those as well with this? Are there any trade offs for using the Amplitude Recommend for anonymous users? Thanks!

What shall we use to uniquely identify users (also in relation to GDPR)

Hi All!What kind of ID do you use to uniquely identify users cross-product?We want to store the Google ID (the OAuth Subject, technically speaking) of users in order to be able to identify them. Is that a problem in relation to GDPR?Would we need to ask Amplitude to delete analytics records in case the user ask us for data deletion?Could we work around that, by using a hash of the ID instead, so there is no direct connection to a (deleted) user?Thank you for suggestions!Lukas

Unable to view Custom Marketo Boolean Field after sync completion

Hello!Many a times I want to verify if I have synced a given cohort to the correct Marketo field. It appears that I'm not able to view the Custom Marketo Boolean Field after a sync is performed. Once you sync, the only option is to resync it or set up a new field for another sync. Is there a way to view this field after a sync is performed?Ideally, seeing this field alongside the following details for a cohort will be helpful - Thanks!

Can I createa a cohort with users who have signed between 24 and 72 hours ago?

The title basically. I am looking to create a cohort of new users who’ve been on the app for at least 24 hours, but less than 72. Is this possible to achieve? So far I’ve only managed to create a filter that checks for a new user at any time in the last 3 days, but not one that checks that they signed up at least 24 hours ago.
