No new users displays and their amount doesn't match with amount in Google Play

Thanks for writing into chat. It would be difficult for us to debug this as it seems this is genuine data from the screenshot. Can you share a link to the chart and I can take a closer look to see if anything unusual is occurring?

Thanks for the chart! I found some new users with only a few events before they stop such as here and here. Some with longer sessions such as here. However, looking at this chart, I can see a very large amount of new users are coming from version 3.2. So I would look into the changes made in version 3.2 and see if there is a reason why so many users are being generated. It could possibly be an implementation issue!
