Hi

While investigating user records, I found a record where data was captured previously, but it seems that it is not captured after changing the device.
We had data coming in through our other tracking systems, but we felt something was wrong because it wasn't accumulating in Amplitude.

The Deeplink Open (App) event was captured using Airbridge integration, but no other events were captured.

When I check the library in the user profile, it says `vacuum/generic_converter_2020_03`

Thank you

After submitting, I thought it would be better to talk about it in the Data instrument topic, but I don't know how to change it.

Hi Mingyu,

This library usually indicates a data source from a third-party integration: https://amplitude.com/docs/data/source-catalog which processed from our vacuum data pipeline system.

For further investigation, can you help provide the project name and the user profile link?

Since this is our public Community, all shared information is visible to others. For **privacy and data sensitivity concerns**, I recommend reaching out to our **Support Team** for any specific data investigation needs.

For future reference, you can create a support ticket directly from your **Amplitude account** at the top right corner > ? icon > Submit Support Request.

Also, I recommend creating an account on our **Support Ticket Portal**, which allows you to easily view and manage all your tickets with Amplitude in one place.
