My first question for the community! Exciting.
We label all our marketing traffic with utm parameters. Other than organic users (which comprises a small amount of our overall traffic mix), every click should have utm parameters attributed to them.
However, I’m seeing some users coming in as undefined (for both initial and regular utm parameters.) I even found an instance where a user clearly came from specific utm sources, but showing up as undefined (assuming due to some Amplitude SkU user merger and took the undefined utm’s along with it.)
My question is, what is undefined, is it something we can control on our end, and how can we stop this from happening?
