Problem with integrations: Intercom & Amplitude

I’ve trying to integrate the tool Amplitude with the intercom.

(using this instruction: https://help.amplitude.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030912632)

Integration was a success but I don’t see any data in the intercom.
I use app: Amplitude Engage.

Do you have any idea?

Thanks for writing in! Are the same User IDs present in both systems? The user IDs in Intercom and Amplitude must be the same for each user in order for this integration to work. If the Intercom user ID does not match Amplitude's user ID for the same user, Amplitude will interpret the user to be new. If there is no Intercom user ID at all, the events will be dropped. 

 

Can you let me know your Org ID, Project ID and email address in a PM that you use for Amplitude? I can then investigate and see, thank you!
