Events has disappeared


Hello,

I’m using Amplitude for a long time but ~6-8 hours ago all user events has disappeared.

I can’t see any event in “User Look-Up” and at user’s page.

I can only see few events on charts but user streams are unavailable .

Amplitude has been experiencing some technical difficulties during the past few hours, and the situation is still on: https://status.amplitude.com/

Most likely the issues you are seeing are related to this, and everything will return to normal when the situation has been solved. These kinds of situations don’t typically mean any sort of permanent data loss.

Hi Victoria,

I am able to confirm that we did in fact have a bug earlier today with the User Look-Up page. This has since been addressed and a fix has been deployed.
