I recently decided to go with Amplitude and will be syncing it with Kochava. However I am running into 2 issues that put me at a dead end.
1. When i go to log in, it wants me to log into the Org and provide the org URL. However I have tried everything that it could be and nothing works. I don’t believe I even registered an org yet.
- When I go to sign up (thinking maybe that is the problem), it says my email is already in use and an account cannot be created. I reached out to the sales team for support and in Salesforce they don’t see an account associated with my email.
