Why isn't my AI visibility report working?

I see a lot of other people have issues with this too. I'm seeing the last time my report updated was on October 30th and I can't seem to refresh it at all. I'm trying to monitor how my brand appears on LLMs and how to make my report more dynamic but it's been frozen. Any advice?
