We are trying to connect our 2 apps to input data from Hubspot into Amplitude and be able to filtrer by those properties in Amplitude directly.

If you need other user properties, you will need to use another ingestion method to bring these into the platform such as the Identify API, reverse ETL using a platform like Hightouch or Segment, or with a data warehouse like Snowflake.
