How to get Guide to invoke after user login on mobile app

We have the react native SDK implemented. We have an event Member Login that is active. We've set up the guide to trigger on that event. I can see the event trigger in live events. The guide is set up and published. However, it never gets invoked on a member login. I need help.

Hey @Ron, is it just guides being triggered off of this event specifically? Do you have any additional targeting added to your guide such as a specific cohort or user segment?

We do not have any additional targeting. I can see the event is triggered and captured in the Live Events. However, the guide does not open up.

@Ron Can you confirm that you're using the same API key for both Guides & Surveys and your Analytics SDK and that you're referencing the same project? You've also installed the Guides and Surveys React Native SDK package? Guides don't work on Portfolio views in case you're trying to trigger from one of those.
