Is there a way to export the full list of events and their properties?
I can export events, but can not find how to export properties.

If you are talking about downloading the schema of the events that you are sending in a project along with their event properties , then you can use the “Download you schema as CSV” option in the Govern section.
If you are looking at exporting specific events from charts, then this isn’t currently possible in Amplitude.
To export all your events and its event properties ingested in your project, you can export them via the Export API. This API will export all events across a certain time range and return them as zipped files in JSON format. You can also do a quick export using the “Export Data” option in your project settings
