You will have to create a behavioral cohort of users to satisfy this use case of users who don’t connect to your app after 3 days and then sync this cohort to any of the Amplitude supported email marketing tools in here .
I’m not sure what plan you are on, but this is possible if you have access to behavioral cohorts feature.
