Hello Amplitude Community!

 

I am very excited to welcome you to the brand new Amplitude Community! We have launched this community with the goal of bringing our users together to connect and find solutions on how to use Amplitude features, learn new ways to use the platform, network with other Amplitude users, and stay up to date on what’s new. With that in mind, I will be the first to introduce myself. 

 

My name is Daniel and I am a Platform Specialist at Amplitude for over a year and a half now. I am looking forward to making this a space where I will get to know you all a bit better and to help out with whatever it is you might need help with! 

 

Outside of work, I am a passionate Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner and on some rare occasions, I teach it as well.

My name is Martina Banev, I am a Technical Product Manager at Edmunds. I joined September, 2020 and my first project was to help shepherd our Amplitude activation. It’s lovely to see and learn more about all of the Platform Specialists who have received dozens of my tickets over the last few months. 

In my spare time, I like to hike/exercise, travel, and cook. I can’t wait to get back on a plane :airplane_departure: when it’s safe, but I’m learning there are lots of beautiful places to go close to my home in California :camping: .

I’m a Senior Product Analyst (about to become Analytics Product Manager) at Culture Amp in Melbourne. We rolled out Amplitude only a year ago and have already seen a huge uplift in our product teams’ data culture.

This year we’re focused on building analytics competence across the business to hopefully move our teams up the maturity curve to be more data informed. We have yet to set KPIs but in Amplitude we’ll definitely be looking at depth of engagement.

I am Conversions Lead in Rappi (the super app of Latin America and Colombian Unicorn), based in Bogotá. Amplitude has been a key-partner to get insights and everyone across the company comfortable working with data and making decisions based on it!

Right now I am working on an Alert System through the Monitor feature on Amplitude with a Webhook on Slack to alert City Leaders with we see any drops on the key-metrics we get from Amplitude, it's been an interesting use case, and be happy to share insights on it. 

Other than being a data “freak”, I love reading (Storytelling with Data is a great one!!) and doing crochet (my specialty is Amigurumis).

I’m Alli a Product & Growth Analyst at UK health tech start-up Habitual. We specialise in delivering digital type 2 diabetes reversal programmes. Having launched recently, we are in the process of building our data capabilities to improve our marketing and product performance.

I am sure ​that we have only just scratched the surface ​​​​​​of Amplitudes capabilities. Even with that we are seeing really big positive impacts from the insights we have found through Amplitude.

I’m hoping to learn to learn from others in the community about how we can expand our data capabilities as we scale and launch new products.

Outside of work I love cooking (I once ran a pop-up taco restaurant 🌮) , writing music (no soundcloud links, sorry!), running and skiing (when I get the chance 🎿)
